Contest Period:

• Starts: April 1, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. CST
• Ends: April 30, 2025, at 5:00 P.M. EST

How to Enter:

1. Visit the contest webpage at https://www.onedaytona.com/virtual-costume-contest/
2. Complete the entry form with your name, age, address, phone number, email, category selection, and one (1) photo of yourself in costume in front of the Eternal Gems Fall display.
3. Photo Categories:
   • (1) Infant-5 Years Old
   • (2) 6-12 Years Old
   • (3) 13-17 Years Old
   • (4) Adult
   • (5) Couple/Duo
   • (6) Group (3 or more)
   • (7) Pet
4. Photo Requirements:
   • Format: JPG or PNG
   • Size: Under 1 MB
   • Content: Must be original, family-friendly, and adhere to specific content guidelines (e.g., no nudity, offensive language, or political messages).

Eligibility:

• Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C.
• Must be the age of majority in the entrant’s jurisdiction.
• Employees of Daikan and their immediate families/household members are not eligible.

Photo Entry Requirements:

• Photo must be original and not infringe on any rights.
• Entrants must obtain permission from any identifiable person in the photo.
• Sponsor reserves the right to request proof of these permissions.

Ownership and Use of Entries:

• By entering, entrants grant the Sponsor full rights to use, modify, and display the submitted photo without further compensation.

Selection of Winners:

• Winners selected based on creativity in each category.
• One first-place and one second-place winner per category.
• Winners notified via phone or email and must collect their prize by June 15, 2025.

Prizes:

• First Place: $25 gift card to CMX Luxury Theaters and $25 gift card to Ben & Jerry’s.
• Second Place: $25 gift card to Ben & Jerry’s.
• Total Prize Value: $525.

General Conditions:

• By entering, participants release the Sponsor and affiliated parties from liability.
• Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries or modify the contest due to unforeseen issues.
